Energy Parcel Reports

Wells, operators, federal leases, ONRR royalties, orphaned wells, pipelines, FracFocus disclosures, and siting constraints for any parcel. legal_location accepts both grids: PLSS legal descriptions (aliquot wording included) and Texas abstract/block/survey descriptions.

FracFocus rows require "Data: FracFocus.org" attribution; NREL siting scores are CC-BY 4.0. An out-of-range radius_mi is a 400, never a silent fallback.
