Can I look up Texas land on any plan?
Yes. The Texas Abstract/Block/Survey grid resolver is built in and free on every plan, right alongside PLSS. The Texas data pack ($150/mo) adds the GLO leases, PSF lands, RRC wells, coastal hazard layers, and the Texas Land Report on top of that grid.
How does batch conversion work?
Upload a CSV or paste your data to convert hundreds of legal land descriptions at once. Business includes 2,500 records/month, shared across your organization; only successfully converted records count, and failed rows and retries never do. Occasional overages are covered by batch packs (2,500 records for $100, up to 2 a month). Sustained volume above that is what Enterprise is for.
What export formats are supported?
Pro supports PDF. Business adds CSV, KML, Shapefile, GeoJSON, and DXF for compatibility with CAD and GIS software.
What are the data packs?

What happens when I reach an allowance?
Nothing is charged automatically and there is no overage. Batch stops at the allowance until the month resets, or you add a batch pack. Parcel reports pause at the allowance until the month resets; parcels you already opened stay free to reopen. For higher volume, talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I use Township America in a product I sell?
Self-service plans are for internal professional use and application development. Redistribution, resale, white labeling, embedded products and use of our data as a material part of a third-party commercial product need an Enterprise agreement. We set those terms together.
Do the mobile or web apps work offline?
No. Searches, map tiles, and turn-by-turn navigation all require an internet connection. We're optimizing for low-signal performance, but a connection is required.
Do web data bundles include API subscriptions?
Web bundles add reports and overlays inside Township America on Pro or Business. API subscriptions are purchased separately, do not require a web plan, and provision a product-specific key.
What changes with annual API billing?
Annual billing reduces the subscription cost. Your monthly allowance remains the same and resets each calendar month; it is not an annual pool.
What counts as an API report?
Each request to a Reports API consumes a report unit, including repeated parcel requests and calls to individual report sections. All Packs shares one quota across the Energy, Federal Land and Texas gateways.
Are API quotas strict hard stops?
API Gateway quotas and throttles are best effort and can be exceeded. Maps CDN cache hits do not reach the gateway usage counter. No automatic overage charge applies.
