Pilot program · Pipelines

Add land, energy, and environmental context to every pipeline segment.

Your integrity team already owns the centerline and asset IDs. The pilot adds the legal land description, nearby wells, pipelines, federal interests, and environmental records for each segment, with the source attached to every result.

Who it's for: Integrity software teams, midstream operators, consultants, GIS providers, and field-operations platforms.

Workflow

Start with the location. End with evidence your team can use.

  1. 1Send a pipeline centerline, asset ID, and corridor width.
  2. 2Get the PLSS section or Texas survey for each segment.
  3. 3Attach nearby wells, operators, orphaned wells, leases, and energy activity.
  4. 4Add surface, federal-land, and environmental records, each with its source.
  5. 5Export a corridor summary for your integrity or field-operations system.
Output

What you get for each tract

Each result keeps the land identity and the source context together, so a reviewer can see what was found, where it came from, and what still needs professional judgment.

Land identity

PLSS section and aliquot part, or Texas survey, plus county and state for every segment.

Energy activity

Wells, operators, leases, orphaned wells, production, and nearby pipelines where the data covers the segment.

Sources

Source, record ID, source date, retrieval date, geometry, method, and known limitations.

Sample response

What a response looks like

This is the proposed response for the pilot. The endpoint isn't live yet, and the values are illustrative.
